　　[摘要]目的:觀察中藥瀉火解毒湯湯劑/洗劑治療慢性淋病的臨床療效。方法:對30例慢性淋病患者使用中藥瀉火解毒湯湯劑/洗劑内服及外用治療,每日1劑,常規煎煮,早晚分服,連服1個月,其藥渣再煎,取煎液加白礬12g,熏洗局部或坐浴20min。觀察分泌物細菌培養情況,用PCR證實,以及與對照組比較治療前後的變化及臨床療效。結果:試驗組症狀較治療前明顯減輕,病程明顯縮短。結論:中藥瀉火解毒湯湯劑/洗劑治療慢性淋病有效,患者依從性好,值得臨床推廣應用。

　　[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatetheclinicaloutcomeofAlleviatesheat-producinganddisintoxicatingSouponthechronicgonorrhea.Methods:50caseswereselected.30wererandomizedintothetreatmentgroupwhichacceptedtheAlleviatesheat-producinganddisintoxicatingSoup1dosedailydividedintomorningportionandeveningportionwhiletheresidualswerere-boiledadding12gramalumforahipbathcontinuouslyonemonth;and20caseswereinthecontrolgroupwhichacceptedtheroutineantibioticstreatment.ExcretionsofallcasesweretestedbymicrobiologicalcultureandconfirmedbyPCR.Theclinicaloutcomeswereobserved.Results:Muchreliefwasachievedandshortendiseasedurationwasgotinmostcasesoftheexperimentgroup.Intheexperimentalgroup,25of30casesfullyrecovered,5of30wereineffective.Thetotalcureratewas83.3%,whichwasmuchhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup（P
